They're both great games, but Vice City just has more to offer in every category.

There are classic art deco buildings, and every citizen looks like they're from saved by the bell. I've never played a GTA game before, but love sandbox style games. And I also very much prefer GTA Vice Cities Atmosphere over GTA III's.

There are helicopters, motorcycles, dirtbikes.ģ. The story is just way better overall, and it's longer than GTA III.Ģ. The main character actually has a background and can speak.
